During this summer to eating the right foods can be. help and keep you cool or healthy. Here are the some simple and perfect foods to enjoy this summer.

. Watermelon:

This fruit is a very juicy ot has a lot of water. It is very sweet and great for keeping you hydrated. Eat it as a snack or add it to salads.

Cucumbers are the crunchy and have lots of a water. They are a great in salads or as a snack with some dip it is very best to eat in summer.
