What is stress eating?

Anger and anxiety have negative effects on a person.Their effects affect our nerves.This is not a permanent change.Once in a lifetime we eat for our physical and emotional satisfaction when we are stressed.

This is what we call stress eating.It is a food that is eaten in the form of emotions such as sadness, boredom, etc.Thus, when a person is sad, many types of chemical reactions occur in the body.During this, muscle spasms occur.Stress is similar to emotional damage or anxiety.which refers to coping with strong emotions such as stress and hurt feelings.

Negative effects of stress eating?

Stress eating has many negative effects.In the busy day to day life many issues arise due to stress.Mostly this stress affects the human personality due to physical and mental stress.Which causes many diseases.Just as the same thoughts repeat in the human mind, ego starts.

Man starts running away from his responsibilities.A person starts making many wrong decisions in the presence of indecision.If a person is under constant stress, he/she is more likely to suffer from mental health problems.Like depression heart attack etc.Apart from this, it also causes obesity.

When I am very anxious, I go through many problems.Which is not within my means.But one day I have faced a problem which caused a lot of trouble in my life.And anxiety had a profound effect on my mind as well.But to deal with this problem I felt the need to eat.

I ate when I was anxious, but not the way I used to.I didn't think at first if it was because of the stress eating or because of the anxiety.But later I got the idea that the real reason is anxiety.
