Therefore, there is no alternative to healthy recipes to stay healthy. And making healthy recipes does not require a lot of money, scarce food ingredients and extra money. You can try this recipe for dinner or lunch. It is as tempting to eat as it is full of nutrients. Because it contains protein, carbohydrates, vitamin C. It gives energy to the body, increases immunity. The recipe is -

Necessary Materials

  • 1 large egg chopped🥚
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour🥬
  • 10 tablespoons of salted butter🧀
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes🍒🍅
  • cloves of garlic (smashed)🧄
  • 1 pinch chili flakes
  • 4 ounces regular mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice🍹
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper powder to taste🧂

Preparation 🍲

First, spread the egg and flour in 2 separate shallow bowls. Now mix the egg and flour well in the chicken. Place the chicken on a plate. Now put an ovenproof skillet on the stove and heat it with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Then add the garlic, chili flakes, Cook for 4/5 minutes with salt, tomato, red pepper powder. Now turn off the oven and keep the tomatoes on a plate. Now put 4 tablespoons of butter and 2 spoons of olive in the same skillet. When the butter melts, cook with the chicken for 3/4 minutes. Now turn the chicken over and cook for another 4/5 minutes with 6 tablespoons of butter. When the chicken turns golden brown, take it off. Now grill it in the oven for 1 minute with tomatoes, lemon juice and cheese. After grilling, sprinkle basil on top and serve hot.
