Health is the root of all happiness. If this health is not good then will you be happy? can't Because if your body is not good then you can't be good at anything. So first of all want a healthy body. And to keep the body always healthy we have to follow many rules which are very necessary to protect health. Here are some simple tips that you will always be fine with. Know the rules.

1. Don't skip breakfast

  • If you want to lose weight, one of the things you can do is to eat breakfast on time. If you don't have breakfast, you may gain weight. An example of a healthy breakfast might be: fruit, corn flakes, toast, eggs and milk.

  • Many people do not know how to brush properly. It can cause damage to teeth and gums. Hold the toothbrush like you would hold a pencil and brush for at least 2 minutes. Teeth, gums, tongue should be brushed. Visit the dentist regularly.
