I concur with the fact that we humans have so much ignored our health, I don't think health issues should be confidential to people who can be of help, I have experienced a slack in the way I take care of myself, I rarely go on a workout because school activities have so much piled up that I had to set priorities and keep health issues aside, health is a major priority and it must find it's way into our schedules/timetable.


What do you recommend for a good breakfast? Tell us what benefits there are to eating this way.

Though we have a good night's rest, we may feel a little bit weak waking up the next morning, some people may not feel this way, so for a balance to be created between the type people eating and how they feel on waking up, a balanced diet is recommended, one with the right proportion of nutrients, a good breakfast must have a moderate amount of carbohydrate, the protein quantity not higher than carbohydrates, fat and oil etc. The main aim is to make the body function effectively while enjoying your day, if carbohydrate is too too much, you may have a tiring and boring day as sleep will overwhelm you.

If I never had an experience, I wouldn't have known this, junk could be used to change taste but it should be our breakfast, lunch and dinner, I almost fainted some days ago because of too much consumption of junk. As a student I stayed in a residence close to my campus, not with Mum and Dad, I could remember for days I have been rushing to attend classes without eating, on getting there I bought a few snacks to sustain myself, I did this for days so that very day, I stumble and almost slum because of lack of stamina, I have never known how emaciating this could be until that day, I discovered that I lost weight and balance.


Is it good to have dinner at night? Tell us why you think this way

Having dinner at night is not completely bad, because who knows that person that has been busy all through the day and the only time he/she has to have dinner is at night. What is bad is the amount and type of food you take in at night because this can obstruct your sleep. Don't use eating at night to cover up for the food you didn't eat during the day


Is it better to have two or three meals a day? Reason your answer.

The economy doesn't allow a three square meal anymore, but the appropriate consumption should be three meals a day.
