Friends, you all are very welcome to my post today. I hope you all are safe and doing something good in your life. Today I am participating in this beautiful competition. The topic of this competition is interesting. I like this competition and today I am sharing my post in it. I would like to thank @suboohi for organizing this competition. Without wasting much time let's start writing this competition with the questions asked in this competition.
Healthy lifestyle means feeling good physically, mentally and emotionally. If we adopt a good and healthy lifestyle, our weight remains healthy and we remain healthy all the time. If we want to live longer even in old age and stay away from diseases, then we should adopt a healthy lifestyle. To live a healthy lifestyle, we will have to make some changes in our life. Only if we make changes in our life, we will be able to improve our life. Can make it better.
Nowadays we have most of the machines to do our work. Because of which we do most of the work with machines. Due to which we do not feel like working, due to this our weight also increases and we become victims of many diseases. Therefore, if we want to have a good lifestyle, we should do our work diligently and we will also have to change some habits. To live a healthy lifestyle, we have to bring changes in many things and only by bringing changes we can live a healthy lifestyle.
Health related habits are those which are related to our good health. Only these health related habits can make our lifestyle better. Here I am telling you some good lifestyle habits to get better health.
Getting enough sleep - If we do not get good sleep then we face many problems. Our health deteriorates due to not getting enough sleep. We also start having headache and our whole day is not good, hence it is important for us to get enough sleep.
Consuming healthy food – We need to consume a variety of fruits and vegetables in our diet. Healthy food is most important for our health. Healthy food keeps our body healthy. Healthy food protects us from many diseases. In a healthy diet, we should consume a variety of foods and use less salt. Whole grains, vegetables and fruits are important for our health.
Doing regular exercise - Doing regular exercise keeps our health good. Doing exercise also keeps our mood good and we do not feel stressed. Therefore we should do regular exercise in our life.
Spending time outside - Spending time outside improves our mood and keeps us connected to nature. By being outside we can increase the level of Vitamin D. We feel good if we get lost outside for a while. Being lost outside makes you feel tired and due to tiredness, you are unable to sleep well.
Drinking enough water– It is important to stay hydrated to maintain a good health body. Drinking enough water improves our digestion.
By changing our lifestyle, we can overcome some health problems, some examples of which I am telling here.
Smoking - Smoking can cause diseases like heart attack, stroke, lung cancer. Therefore, quitting smoking reduces the risk of such diseases.
Inactive lifestyle - Inactive lifestyle due to excessive sitting and lying down causes many health problems, hence sitting too much can lead to the risk of diabetes.
Lack of sleep - Lack of sleep at night has a bad effect on health and our mental health also gets affected. Therefore, we should take at least 7 or 8 hours of sleep at night.
