Wk30 The Diary Game and your health|| Fit and Fab day

Hello Every one,

how are you I am @roohi Asif from Pakistan.I hope you also fine by the grace of Allah.I want to publication beloved @Healthy steem community in diary game.so guys let's starts my belog I hope you all my being with till end.

Morning activites

I wake up 6 am.then I prayer fajur then drink two glass of water .Drinking water on an empty stomach is very beneficial for health.then me and my husband going to park on walk .My husband and I have a habit of going for a walk every day.the park is nearest from my house.after completing walk my husband doing some exercise in park specially for breathing exercise .then we came back home one hours.then I take a bath.due to the summer vecation children were sleeping.

Break fast

I am going to kitchen for preparing break fast .today I made porrage it's easy to cook and healthy for break fast and the other hand I made tea .without tea life is incomplete.

Then we ate healthy and energetic break fast.It is very hot, I told my husband to drink more water.

Mid morning

My servent came in my house she is clean my house I am watering the plants and I have two pet( cats) and I gave him meat.she loves me and I also love them

lunch time

Today I made in lunch fry làdy finger I made lady finger twice a week because my younger son like this dish some time I made lady finger with boiled rice .then we ate lunch .

After lunch we ate chilled mangoes the season of mangoes going on .mangoes is rich in nutrients like viteman k ,A it's boost immunity system.specially for heart and skin health.

Nap time

Half and hours I take a short nap it's very important human health it's can make healthy and energetic

Evening activites

In the evening I am going to terrace usually I drink tea in terrace Today I make yougart drink and my whole family like yougart drink. Then we drink yougart milk .cool breeze are blowing then we came back room after maghrab.

Dinner menu

After maghrab I am going to kitchen for preparing dinner menu I made chicken biryani.its very easy to make about one hours I made biryani then we ate every body like biryani and my son told me yesterday again made biryani.i made biryani twice a week basically cooking is art .Making food stand out and taste delicious is a very important thing.
