Greetings to all dear friend! Teeth are very important to enjoy the taste of all foods. I shall talk about my routine for my dental health. Thanks brother @khursheedanwar for making this contest.
Share your dental care routine in your own words.

It is very good for dental care to maintain a good dental care routine. It make our teeth and gums healthy and strong. This habit help us to save from cavities, gum disease and bad breath. Followinge are my routine to make my teeth healthy.

Brush my teeth
I brush my teeth twice daily. It is the most important steps in oral hygiene. I use Colgate fluoride toothpaste. I use it with soft tooth brush for clean my teeth. I use brush for two minutes to remove food particles.

Floss
Brush cannot reach all the areas between my teeth. That is why I floss once a day helps remove food particles from these parts. I use about 18 inches of dental floss, wrap it in my fingers and gently slide it between my teeth.
Using Mouthwash
For more dental care I use mouthwash. It can be a helpful in my dental care routine. It kills bacteria, freshens breath and can reach areas of my mouth. I select mouthwash with fluoride to have more protection from cavities. I keep mouthwash water around thirty seconds in my mouth.

Healthy Diet
I always use healthy diet to get necessary dental nutrition. I take foods which have vitamins and minerals, like fruits, vegetables and milky products. These help to make my teeth strong. I like to eat crunchy foods like apples and carrots, it help to clean my teeth naturally. I try to avoid sugary foods and drinks, it can create different dental problem.

Never Miss My Dentist Appointments
I visit to my dentist after every six months. Dentists can check in early stage problems like cavities, gum disease or oral cancer. If there is any proble, it can be cure easily.
Use of Miswaak
Use of Miswaak is really important for dental health care. I use Miswaak once in a week. I do this every Friday as it's Sunnah. Miswaak is play important role in overall health of dental.
Avoid Harmful Habits
I avoid from harmful habits for making my teeth healthy. I do not chew ice, pencils or any hard objects becaus they can crack or damage my teeth. I like to say no smoking, Smoking and tobacco products. It can create gum disease, tooth loss and oral cancer.
