Assalamu Alaikum everyone. Today I'm going to be participating in Week 5 of the Engagement Challenge Season 11 in the Healthy Steem community. Where we are presented with four major health issues as challenges. It is true that if we want to stay healthy, we should focus on these four things: food, sleep, exercise and mental. These four things can give us a healthy life. Today I will present my opinion on these four main health issues.

👩‍💼 What do you eat to stay healthy? How you can improve your diet?

I always try to keep my body healthy by eating numerous nutritional food. I believe in order to lead a healthy life I must eat balanced rejections every day and develop a balance diet habit. Because I feel that I must eat healthy foods to give my body the nutrients it needs. What I eat to stay healthy is green lush vegetables, cashews, oats, eggs, milk, peanut adulation, bananas, carrots, apples, fish and chicken.

  • I Eat a lots of fruits and vegetables : I eat lots of fruits and vegetables because fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins and fiber it helps improve my diet.

  • I use less sugar in my food : Because we all know that sugar causes high blood pressure in our body and increases our weight. So I try to eat less sugar.

Self Image/My Morning Breakfast.

  • Eat Carbohydrates in Breakfast : I try to include carbohydrates in my breakfast. In this case I eat oats with strawberries or any fruit with bananas. Because, these are good for my digestion.

  • Avoid Fatty and Oily Food : To control my weight I avoid fatty and unhealthy food. For instance, I often cook food with olive oil, which is also good for health and keeps my heart healthy.

👩‍💼 What Your Sleep Pattern and How Can You Improve It?

Sleep is essential for maintaining good health. We surely need a healthy sleep to keep the body in good shape. I know that an adult human should sleep 7 to 9 hours per day. Even though I can't sleep an average of 7 hours a day due to my busy life. I present below what I do to improve my sleep :

  • I try to keep myself down from internal fatigue as much as possible to ameliorate my sleep and also keep the sleeping terrain comfortable.

  • I turn off my mobile Wi- Fi before going to bed and keep my mobile down from me.

  • I try to develop my sleep quality by going to bed beforehand at night because I've to wake up beforehand in the morning as I've office in the morning.

  • I don't like any soft light in my room while sleeping. I like to keep my room dark because it makes me sleep a lot more peaceful.

👩‍💼 What are your daily exercises or activities?

I try to walk for 1 hour 3 days a week indeed though I do not have important occasion to do any exercise or conditioning in my diurnal life. Because I've to go to office beforehand in the morning every day and it's nearly night when I come home, so I do not have the occasion to walk or exercise every day. But since I do not have a lot of time to exercise, I try to get my conditioning done by walking rather of sitting at my office continuously while in my office.

I use the stairs in my office rather of using the elevator. In this I think for me it works like a daily exercise. Exercise has helped me to overcome many health issues. Also, if I walk like this every day, my body muscles are active and the body gets energy. And this is how I manage my daily exercise or activities.

👩‍💼 What do you do for mental fitness?

I suppose internal well- being plays a veritably important part in our lives. When I notice a positive aspect in my feelings or passions, I know I'm feeling mentally well. Physical health has a strong relationship with internal health. Because if I'm not mentally healthy, I'll not be physically healthy. So then is what I do for my internal well- being

  • First of all I try to stay down from any anxiety. I manage my anxiety during difficult situations so that my mental health does not suffer.

  • I try to get enough sleep to keep myself mentally calm. Because sleep improves my health, both physically and mentally.

  • I work as I wish to maintain my mental fitness. For example : visiting my favorite places, shopping, eating my favorite food etc. activities that keep me mentally healthy.

  • Spending time with my precious pussycats gives me a lot of emotional peace. Because when I spend time with my pet, I feel the stress of the day go down.

Eventually, food, sleep, exercise and internal health play a veritably important part in meeting the introductory requirements of a mortal being. All of these four effects can give us a healthy and beautiful life. All we need is to structure our lives in a methodical way.

Taking the stairs instead of the escalator is brilliant. It's simple but has very good benefits in my opinion. I think leg muscles are a part of the body that should be trained because most of our activities use our legs. Great post my friend. Good luck always 👍🏻

Nuestra salud está determinada por nuestra alimentación por eso es muy importante cuidarla y veo que lo haces muy bien comiendo muy sano y balanceado, también duermes lo necesario que son aproximadamente 7 horas, y tratas en lo posible de realizar alguna actividad física también es bueno cuidar de nuestra salud mental le deseo mucha suerte en su participación

using stairs than elevator is a good habit i also use stairs for going up and down at my house or at my office.
