Greetings Everyone, This is SHOHANA From #Bangladesh

As we all know that health is wealth so we need to take care of this wealth more than everything else. Fortunately I practice healthy habits since my childhood days and maybe that's why I hardly suffer from illness and any kind of health issues.

There are some common healthy habits we need to maintain in our everyday life. Such as cleaning hands using hand wash whenever it need to clean. We should have healthy foods or meals on time. Cutting nails, washing cloths and using toilet paper after pee and poop. We need to maintain hygiene regularly to insure our good health.

What do you recommend for a good breakfast? Tell us what benefits there are to eating this way.

There are huge healthy foods that we can add in our breakfast meal. Personally I recommend a full plate meal at the beginning of the day. I personally prefer breads with curry, green vegetables are mostly recommended as it helps us digesting foods which is most important part for a healthy body.

A glass of milk or fruit juice is perfect. We can eat banana with bread or something that suit our body and stomach. I take a cup of coffee which is not so healthy but a energy booster drink that help me working actively. There are huge healthy foods that can be a healthy breakfast meal for us.

Does junk food affect our health? Tell us how.

Definitely junk food affect our health because it disturb our stomach and disgust system of our body. Consuming junk foods like oily and sugary foods affect our teeth, skin and internal body organs. It has serious bad impact on our body.

Junk food shouldn't be our regular meal because it has high cholesterol and carbs which can malfunction in our body and cause serious diseases. Junk foods makes us lazy and store fat in our body. It can be compared to slow poison.

Is it good to eat dinner at night? Tell us why you think this way

Yes definitely it's good to eat dinner at night but it should be minimum two hours ago of our sleeping time. Taking dinner can be helpful on our physical growth but we should maintain a specific time for this everyday. It is also a part of our healthy habits.

Is it better to have two or three meals a day? Explain your answer.

Personally I take three times meal a day and I try to maintain a specific schedule for each meal. I think it is healthy for me and I'm taking extra meals too like evening snacks or snacks at noon. Many people prefer two times meal and this is fine for their body. Actually we need to have healthy diet with perfect routine.

Estimada amiga. Es bueno que reconozcas la importancia de la salud. Por mi parte no tengo el hábito de usar papel higiénico, en mi familia usamos agua y jabon luego de ir al baño. Así mismo considero bueno comer proteínas. Te deseo éxitos y bendiciones.

Dear @shohana1 Maintaining the health is an essential. I agree to that the healthy habits like a balanced breakfast is avoiding the junk food and eating dinner on the time are the crucial. Three meals are a day to works well for me.

Salam friend,
Cleaning is our body and keeping our hands clean is beneficial for the whole body internally and externally. Eating healthy breakfast is good for the body because your going to work or complete your daily task so you have to keep your stomach fine, you mentioned foods like, bread, fruits, juices and milk, these items are great for the body and is also healthy. Moreover, exercise is good for the body. Taking meal at night is fine when you sleep after 2 hours or go for a night walk but keep in mind to stay away from spicy food at night which will harm your stomach.
