What makes you unique, like having your mom's eyes or your dad's smile?

I feel that I am special because I have precious things from my mom and dad. I also have my mom's really kind eyes and happy smile of my dad. I am caring about people like my mom. I like doing new things like my dad. I like to spend time with them because they are very kind and I am also kind and happy.

I like make people happy smile. My mom and dad are very special for me and I am special too. I feels proud on my self as I am their child because they teached me good things. I love with my mom and my dad and they love me too.

Why do some diseases run in families, like diabetes or heart conditions?

Some disease run in different families because of genetic problems. Genes are very small parts of our cells that decides how our body work. If your parent and close relative have the disease, you may inherit the gene that make to get that disease too. For example, if family has the history of diabete or heart conditions, you might have high chance of developing these problem because of the given genes that you receive from your family. As, lifestyle and environment also plays the role in these condition.

How do genes decide things like hair color, eye color, or even how tall you'll be?

Gene are tiny instruction in our body that decide thing such hair color, eye colors, and height. This instructions is pass down from our parent to us. Each gene carry the specific qualities, like brown or blue eye and other. When gene work together, they influence how we look and grow. For example, if our parent are tall, children can tall too. Genes come in pairs, one from each mother and father, and this pair determine the trait base on how they combined.

Have you heard about DNA testing? how can it reveal your ancestry or health risks?

Yes, I have heard about DNA testing. It work by looking at the DNA, which looks like a blueprint for the body. DNA can show where the ancestor came from and help to learn about the family history. It can also give the right information about the health. For example, it may tell us if we have the high risk for certain disease. So, DNA testing can be useful for understand both family background and potential different health risks.
