How are you all? I hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Today I will be taking part in a beautiful contest of the Healthy Steem community. This contest name is "Wk 41: The Diary Game and Your Health | Your Title".

I am very happy to participate in this contest, although it is a competition on health issues. So today, I will share the diary dated 23-12-2024.

Morning Walk

I woke up at 06.30 am today. Since it is winter season in Bangladesh now, I woke up fresh and went to the park of our local health society for a morning walk. I keep doing morning walks; they play a big role in keeping me healthy.

Everyone needs to exercise in the morning. I am running, and after some time I sit in the park and take a rest. Then I took some pictures of the park environment, it gave me a lot of joy.

Breakfast

After resting, I went home. When I came home, I freshened up and ate bread and vegetables for breakfast. I have bread and vegetables for breakfast every morning. This is one of the healthiest foods.

Then I ate dates and cashew nuts. I eat dates after breakfast every day. It makes me more strong. Dates and nuts have many nutrients. However, dates are very high in calories.

I stay in the office all day, so I drink enough water to balance my body. This makes my brain more refreshed.

Lunch time

I eat rice and vegetables for lunch. Today I ate vegetables. However, I eat more vegetables than rice. Because we should not eat too much rice.

Snacks

I ate a boiled egg for lunch. Eggs contain a lot of calcium, potassium, and vitamins. I often eat chicken eggs; they give me more energy.

I ate bananas for Snacks. Bananas contain a variety of vitamins, which are very beneficial for our health. It removes dirt from our bodies. Moreover, bananas have various nutritional properties. Which are very beneficial for keeping us healthy.

Talking to Family

At the end of the day, I talk to my family, it refreshes my brain. Talking about the whole family brings a different kind of joy to the mind.

Dinner Time

For dinner, I had soup and milk. Milk is one of my daily foods. Milk has all kinds of nutritional properties. It prevents our bones from getting damaged and increases memory power. Moreover, chicken soup is one of my favorite foods.

For a heavy meal at night, I had rice, vegetables, and pulses.
