#Canvatutorial || Making Easy Mindmaps & Informatics in Canva || Introducing MOI Framework by @educator23
Hello Guys.
This is Prabhjot Singh from INDIA.
How are you all? I hope everyone is fine and doing well.
To create a simple mindmap or Informatimative chart in canva. You need to have 2 things in hand. First is your Idea of content and second is your creativity. Canva has over hundreds of features and thousands of elements to use. Sometimes it's a mess to choose a single element from the thousands. That's why you should always try to imagine your design or you can scroll templates and Go with the Flow. Here, are the steps down below -
Step 1. Login to Canva.com and search for MindMaps. You may also check the You might want to try Options on the Home page.
Step 2. As you Click on the Mindmap option. You will redirect to a new page ( a Blank page). On the Left of your Screen, You will see different templates from which you can choose the most suitable option.
Note: these templates are random templates so it would be difficult to choose the one which fits your niche. so, try to search on the web before you create your mindmap. For e.g. if you're a physics teacher, you will need something which resembles physics right. you cannot choose a finance-centric map.
Step 3. Just Start Editing. You can now add or remove the elements, add different Texts, Try new fonts, add CTA's, etc. Mind maps are very Important and can share a piece of information in the most effective way. It lets the reader understand the thing easily without any hassle of reading a long paragraph. So, try to keep it short and not write every detail on the mindmap. Here's the One I made.
Other way of Creating Mindmap
There is one more way to create a Mindmap in Canva. This one is also very simple. Just Go to the left of your screen and click on the ELEMENTS Below Templates Options and search for Mindmaps. You will find plenty of easy Mindmaps to use within a Design. As you can see on the top right of my Intro Image. I've just put a mindmap picture. However, These are not editable but you can first position your Mindmap element and then write Text and adjust the text on the positions. This is a lengthy process but it will be very helpful for adding a short mindmap to your Instagram or Facebook post.
This was all for the day
