We are pleased to inform and congratulate all the participants in the fourth week of Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 3 in our community, Steem India, that we are second to only Steemkidss with 129 submissions. There are no words to adequately express how grateful we are to know that you all took the time and effort to contribute your challenges to our community.

Many of those who participated in our community this week may have noticed that the moderators were a bit tardy in verifying their posts. First and foremost, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. There is a reason for this, since August is the month of festivals in India, and today the country is celebrating its 75th anniversary of independence. As a result, I hope that you are understanding that most of our moderators have been a bit slow in verifying posts; however, I hope that everyone's posts have now been verified.

The topic for this week's writing challenge was "Three things I would change about myself and three things I would keep". The purpose of this challenge was to see how people open up about themselves and how they can express the characteristics they wish to leave behind, since they are not beneficial to the person's evolution as a human being. It was also important to us that participants shared things they loved about themselves that they would like to maintain throughout their lives.

In general, we found many posts to be of excellent quality, but there were some which did not meet our expectations. It is never easy to select the best posts from so many to recommend for the winning positions, so we chose our recommendations very carefully.

It should be noted that during the selection process, there were some articles that scored very high, but were not engaged with other entries as a result of this, they were not included. It was our hope that users would be able to participate in this engagement challenge and engage with other participants on their posts in order to achieve the maximum level of engagement.

Based on their interactions with other users and their performance on their challenge submissions, the following table shows the top three users ranked according to their interactions with other users.

Reasons Why They Were Chosen

1. Ripon0630

First of all, we were very impressed with the presentation. We commend the author for adhering to all the rules and trying their best to open up and share with us the things they are willing to leave behind and will keep for the rest of their lives. There is no doubt that the author is one of those people who trusts others very easily, and this is a characteristic shared by many others as well. Our belief is that in today's world one cannot be trusted easily but that trust can be built over time. This is a very well-written point made by the author. Additionally, the author plans to retain the characteristics that make them feel responsible for a number of things, and we respect the author for doing so. You have written an excellent post.

2. Huzaifa Naveed

In the beginning, the author quotes from his holy book, the Quran, and he emphasizes that the individual knows himself or herself better than anyone else, and that knowledge is the foundation for finding out what we can change or keep to become a better human being. We appreciated their way of communicating their point in this manner. They also have a very commendable way of presenting their thoughts.

3. Focusnow

There is something very unique and subtle about the author's way of presenting his work. Their post was very interesting to read. The authors have identified three things they would like to change, and three things they would like to keep, but they have provided evidence to support their claims. We found this to be the most compelling part of their post. First, they stated that they would like to avoid procrastination, but then they went on to explain why procrastination is detrimental and why they would like to avoid it in their lives.

Conclusion

In this week's contest, many authors were able to write great posts, but as we are all aware, we only have three slots for the most outstanding posts, and we can only recommend three best posts for further support.

We have had a very successful season in our community this month as we have received so much love from the authors, and we have also had a large number of quality articles that have been published throughout this month.

My sincere appreciation goes out to each and every one of you for your enthusiastic participation and support.
