That's not the way it works.
Tron-Europe are SRs. They are rewarded with TRX when they broadcast a new block. They keep those TRX.
Then they give supporters TERC tokens valued at 500% the amount of TRX they were rewarded and which they kept.
There is no real use for those TERC tokens and the market is just pricing it because they are given to supporters on a certain ratio.
It is a useless token without value and which unique reason of being is to be a claim so more people vote for Tron-Europe as a SR.
It's a pity then, you don't know about Tron-Europe. I'd advice you to read and research more before you jump into conclusions
They get TRX but give TERC. Why? And what are those services where you can spent TERCs? Wait... Those TERCs were given as a reward for voting Tron-Europe as a SR. And they expect supporters spend them on Tron-Europe's products?
I keep saying it. Read up. The idea of giving terc as rewards is for it have a use case. You can always exchange the #terc Rewarded to #TRX. Terc has been integrated into so many projects and it's trading on many exchanges.
TERC is only distributed as a voting reward, its limited circulating supply gives it the possibility of rising in value.
