Hello, Steemit Philippines!

May I present to you my "Steem Art" Business. This is also my participation to the contest entitled "Steemit Promotion Through Livelihood Branding" in our community.

STARTING A BUSINESS

1. Identify your niche!

One of the most important factors when making a business is that you are passionate, dedicated and focused on your preferred product or services. You need to identify your niche or the things where you are good at! As for me, I am good in arts and design, so my business should be related to that. Thus, it is called, "Steem Art".

2. Make a SWOT Analysis!

Before starting a business or even while your business is running, you have to make a SWOT Analysis, to identify the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threaths of your business, whether it is still an upcoming business venture or an on-going one.

Let me present my SWOT Analysis for my STEEM ART Business:

As you can see, this can be considered as a good business idea because the Strengths and Opportunities outweigh the Weaknesses and Threaths.

3. How will my STEEM ART Business Run?

• Target Customers: My target customers are young adults and working professionals, because these group of people have the their own income and are individuals who love giving gifts to oneself or to other people.
• Advertisement & Marketing: The use of social media is a powerful marketing strategy, so I will be utilizing my facebook, instagram, tiktok, youtube and steemit accounts to promote my business to people. I will also device a promos and discounts to grow my business.
• Bookings & Reservations: I will be accepting bookings and reservations on all my social media accounts but the client/customer has to pay at least 50% of the prices as downpayment. The full payment will be given as soon as the product is completed.
• Payment Scheme: I will be accepting payments in GCash, and for Steemians, SBD or Steem.
• Product Delivery: For Digital Art/softcopies only, I will be sending the file via email. For hand-made art, I will use maxim for Cebu Customers and LBC for other provinces in the Philippines. The shipping cost will be shouldered by the customer.

Cost & Expenses

• Hand-made Artworks - The approximate expenses and cost for one artwork ranges from 400-600 pesos. This is only an approximate amount because the handmade artworks can be made from watercolor, colored-pencils, charcoal/graphite, pastels, oil paint or acrylic.
• Digital Artwork - The approximate expenses and cost for one artwork is from 200-400 pesos. Although, I already have the tools and equipment in producing a digital artwork, I need to consider labor, maintenance and upgrade expenses.

Artwork Prices

• Digital Artwork (Softcopy Only) - 600 pesos
• Charcoal + Graphite (8.5 x 11 inches) - 800 pesos + shipping cost + frame cost
• Watercolor Artwork (8.5 x 11 inches) - 1000 pesos + shipping cost + frame cost
• Colored Pencil Artwork (8.5 x 11 inches) - 1000 pesos + shipping cost + frame cost
• Acrylic Artwork (8.5 x 11 inches) - 1500 pesos + shipping cost + frame cost
• Oil Paint Artwork (8.5 x 11 inches) - 2000 pesos + shipping cost + frame cost

I will also accept SBD or Steem as Payment
