It is important to show appropriate behavior in our workplace because it will bring better productivity and harmony among workers.

Showing good work conduct is essential in maintaining a pleasant workplace. The positive attitude of individual workers must be obtained to observe good work relationships among workers. Many would say, as long as they perform their job well, who cares about conduct? It turns out your boss, co-worker and customer expect you to have good qualities.
