The Diary Game Season 3 (January 15, 2022) | Finally Met In Person My Online Friend Who Introduced Me to Steemit!

Hello Beautiful People!

How are you all? I hope you are all well and good!

As some of you know, we are currently in Sta. Cruz, Laguna. Spent our Christmas and New Year's day here. We will be flying back to Cebu tomorrow. Our whole family enjoyed our stay.

Last Tuesday, I finally met in person my online friend, @puroypoi, who introduced me to Steemit. I met him long before Steemit. We were both earning in some paying sites before. He also invited me to join Steemit.

He lives in Victoria, just a few minute ride away from Sta. Cruz. I told my husband @arjayyuson my plan to visit my friend at their home. We borrowed his brother's motorcycle and drove our way to Victoria.

We were warmly welcomed by him and his mother. We also found out that his mother is from Leyte and also speaks the bisaya dialect!

We had lunch at their home and we are grateful their for hospitality.

We talked a lot of things over lunch. I am grateful for technology for bringing like-minded people together. This meet up was once in a lifetime event for us, who became friends because of our interest in earning doing online stuff.

As I mentioned in my previous posts, grateful for friends like Poi, who is ever willing to share something of value to others. Me joining Steemit in 2018 has opened other opportunities for me and I gained other friends and networks.

After an hour or more at their home, we said goodbye to him and his mom. We continued our ride to other nearby places.

Last Tuesday, was the first time me and my husband got the chance to travel together without our children. 😁 We left them under the care of my mother-in-law . We are grateful!
