The Diary Game Week 1 Steemit Philippines | "Filming" Day of A Food Vlogger Mom

How are you all? I hope you are all well and good!

Today I will be I will sharing to you of how my day goes when shooting a video for my Youtube Channel. For those you don't know me yet, I also run a Youtube Channel with food recipes as its content. I started vlogging last August 2019. My channel got monetized April 2020. Up until now I am regularly uploading videos. I made a commitment to myself to upload one video per week.

Yesterday and today was filming day. The usual routine we have with my husband, is that he is the one who will buy the ingredients since it is more convenient that way.

The recipe that we filmed was Cheesy Caramel Maja Blanca. By the way, my husband @arjayyuson is my director and videographer LOL since I started showing up on my videos. I actually started uploading videos with only captions. Lately I started to talk with my audience by showing up! It is not that easy as it looks. In my case, I need to tell our children to keep quiet and not make any noise while the video is rolling. Can you imagine keeping our three girls quite? LOL My husband and I are glad that they cooperate most of the time. After all they will be the one who will eat the food I cook after filming it.. :D

And so the filming went well. I call it filming even if we don't use film anymore LOL. My husband and I were able to shoot the main part of the video which is cooking the recipe itself last night. This morning we shoot the intro and the tasting parts. After taking the videos, eating time with the children follows! LOL

But my work does not end there. I still need to edit it, export, then upload it to Youtube. I also need to create thumbnails and the video description. Currently, the video is in my video editor for exporting. Scheduled video premiere is tomorrow afternoon or in the evening.

So that's how my filming day went. Not that stressful right? LOL But still manage to do it.
