Oregano plant : October 2, 2021

Today, I'll be sharing with you all one of the most important and beneficial oregano plants in the Philippines.
It's called " Kalabo ( Bisaya language), Suganda ( Tagalog language), and its scientific name is coleus aromaticus.
This plant basically grows in tropical countries. It has heart foliage and when you touch it there is tiny spikey hair then it has a strong herb smell as well.
When I was young my parents used this one as the natural and best medicine. Since this is a family of the herb knowing that there are lots of benefits we can get to this plant. It can cure cough, asthma, allergies, and many more.
Every time I am I have a cough my parents always used this one and I can say that it is effective because the next day I felt better.
I always watch every time my mother prepares this. First thing is that you have to take the leaf and wash it with fresh clean water and right after that put it in the hot or warm water. let it rest for a second this it's ready.
Now that I have my own family, I also do the same thing every time my children have a cough. During their first day of cough, I prepare immediately so that it will not cause too many problems. I am lucky that my family doesn't have an asthma problem.
To some parents out there if you this kind of plant then you are lucky because this is very helpful. But for those who haven't cure this one, I always recommend you my dear steemians to go ask first to the doctor for a better solution.
