Greeting to all Steemit Team who's striving hard just to support in different ways all communities and to every user within the platform. As part of our commitment and passion to support our fellow Filipino Steemians and Visitors all over the World, we the Founder/Admin and Moderators would like to apply for the newest season of Steemit Engagement Challenge now on its 8th Season.

Steemit Philippines Community has three major purposes why we built this community.

Unity
Filipinos are thought to be resilient, diligent, and willing to work together when necessary. As a result, having us all together would make us a much stronger team. We can call ourselves a FAMILY that blogs together for the common good because of the unity we all strive for, despite our many cultures.

Awareness
As we continue to share our lives through our content, we reach a stage where we want to know what's going on with each of our community members. We were able to learn from anything that everyone had to say.

Support To Become Better Each Passing Day
Whatever recognition we wish to gain from our peers, we should extend to our fellow members. We also strongly advise our community members to immerse themselves in different communities, not just Steemit Philippines, because they will eventually find their niche and be able to express what they truly enjoy with the like-minded people they will be talking with sooner or later.

For a long period of time, Philippines doesn't have official community that supports our Filipino Steemians for their were no individual who is willing to handle the community. Way back March 2021, a few Filipino Steemians decide to build and establish a community for the Philippines which is now the official community. It was founded by @loloy2020 with the help and guidance from other Filipino Steemians where we started the community from scratch without any support and no Steem Power of it's own but thank God for we have few Filipino Steemians who helped the community building up by delegating some of it's Steem Power. We started building up our community by initiating contests and other challenges just to encourage and to motivate our old Steemian Members and most especially to our newbies. We then recruited Moderators and add new Admin @juichi who really helped a lot to the progress of the community. As years goes by, we thank the Steemit Team for accepting and acknowledge the Steemit Philippines Community as the official community for the Philippines and for continuously supporting our community from then and now. We even gained and build our own Steem Power to support our members and visitors, and we will continuously building it up.

Moderators Full Details

All the Admin and Moderators doesn't follow or used any bid bots or delegation for votes services and that meets all the minimum requirements to this application.

Our official community account is @steemitphcurator which is now have a total of 27,947.51 owned Steem Power while their is a total of 24,032.53 delegated Steem Power, with 1,001.72 Steem Power delegated to members who wins our contest that makes for a total of 50,978.32 Effective Steem Power. We make sure that we used mostly all of our earnings to building up the community and to be used as prizes to our contests and other challenges we have initiated.

We don't have any form of delegate or beneficiary for vote policy but rather encourage our members to take this action to support the community.

As founder/admin @loloy2020 and admin @juichi has all the access to the keys both Master Key, Private Posting Key and Private Active Key and decided to upvote and support our member's content shared in the community. While the moderators have access to the Private Positing Key only as they were also tasks to do some updates and can initiate contests through the community account.

All Admins and Moderators are dedicated to whatever we are doing in the community as it is our passion and commitment for the progress of the community and the entire platform itself. We have policies and roles to follow in checking and commenting to posts, most importantly are their Club Status which we check them all to be at least #club5050. Next one is the Steem Exclusivity which means, the post must have #steemexclusive tag and should not be posted from other platform as it will also consider as plagiarized content.

We make sure that we leave comments to the posts in a table form as what we seen in the example below from the comments shared by Admins and Moderators.

Aside from Club Status and Steem Exclusivity, we also checked every post in terms of quality which contains at least 300 Words, it must be plagiarism free content and checked if a post used any bid bot services which this is strictly prohibited.

All admin and moderators are tasked to check for all the content's write-ups if it is original content or just taken from other sources using this Plagiarism Checker Tool: Small Seo Tools.

We checked if a user is fully verified, if not we then asked for verification post or to at least share their Achievement Task 1 to be fully verified. We also look for if a post have been supporting the #burnsteem25 initiative then we also leave some feedback and other suggestions.

Aside from building up a sustainable community, we also wanted our members to improve the quality of their posts by evaluating the posts by what is stated above and provide feedbacks and recommendations if needed. We have also posted and shared some tutorials on how to create a quality post with the proper markdown and formatting. We also never missed guides and information about Club Status eligibility and other informations needed most especially for our newbies.

We always encourage our members to participate and create quality posts, and follow all the guidelines for a higher chances to be supported by the community and through the booming support program we currently have.

Above all, we Filipinos are very resilient and dedicated to what ever tasks given to us and if given the chance to be selected for the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 8, we will make sure to provide and do all the tasks and responsibilities given to us. We have been doing Engagement Challenges in our community and we thank God for we see it very effective which makes our members active agian. We just hope and pray now that this application will be considered and given the chance to be selected.
