Assalamu Alaikum how are you all Alhamdulillah I am fine and healthy here is a very great competition you have presented to us @enamul17 bro thank you very much. For your competition volume we can make winter variety of pies in case I made a pie today very tasty and fun. Fish we like to eat hot food very much. This food is chewy and fluffy when eaten hot. This food is a common food in different countries of Bangladesh and it is enjoyed by all. This dish does not require much money. Just fried in oil with chicken or beef with ginger and garlic batter gives a lot of taste. However, this recipe is called Oil Jhal Pitha in our country. We can prepare it and eat it in the morning during the winter season, the inner part of the food will be soft and the upper part will be crunchy. If you want, you can make the recipe as I have prepared it, you will see that the food is very tasty and delicious. Let's get started then
Everything I need to make the recipe

First step
First I put the rice powder in the pan. Then I set the stove on fire. Then I fried the rice powder in red color and took it off the stove.
Second step
Then let the rice powder cool a little. Then I started kneading the rice powder with ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, various spices.
The third step
Then I tried to mix chili powder with turmeric powder and salt well. Then I made dima by eating it completely with enough water.
Fourth step
Then I put some oil in the pan. I left the rice powder with my butter on the oil. I started to fry in the oven on low heat for about an hour at night. Then when it turned red in color, I flipped it over and put it back in the pan. Then I kept it in the oven for half an hour.

Then after I had my recipe I served it piece by piece as I wished. And took photography with the food along with my daughter. Actually the food is very tasty and fun. Those who have eaten the food may know how delicious this food step My daughter loves this recipe. Also, when a guest comes to our house, I give this recipe as a gift.
