How I made dragon fruit jelly, I will try to present it to you beautifully. And I will let you know how it tasted at the end, inshallah

🔹sugar
🔹sugarcane molasses
🔹Mango is hard
🔹cinnamon
🔹Cardamom, cloves
🔹nuts,garlic
Everything is measured
To make dragon jelly, first cut the dragon fruit into small pieces
Now I put the pot in the oven. Then when it was hot, I added sugar. I kept stirring the sugar for some time. A beautiful color will be created when the sugar melts
When the sugar becomes a light color, then I stir it with a little water. In between, I mixed the dragon fruit nicely with a spoon
Now add mangosteen and sugarcane molasses to the sugar water. Then I kept stirring. After stirring for two or three minutes, the amsattva melted. Now I gave them chopped cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, and garlic. But panchfodan was not given. After giving these, keep stirring for another two to four minutes
Now I gave the mixed dragon fruits. Then I cover it with a lid for some time so that the fruits get cooked quickly.
After 2 to 3 minutes remove the lid. Then stir with a spoon. And stir well so that everything is mixed together. This continues for 15-20 minutes. Then add some fried almonds. Slowly the water dries up. Then do a little check to see if the sweet is done and everything is fine. See everything is fine. After some time remove from the oven. Wait for it to cool down. When it cools down, put it in a plastic box
Dear friends, let me tell you how the dragon fruit jelly turned out. Actually I never thought it would be so beautiful. I've never made one before. And did not eat this jelly from anywhere. Who saw after the jelly cooled. Again in the afternoon I bought bread from the shop and then ate it with jelly. Really great. I never thought it would be so beautiful.
