Greetings to all my dear steemian friends. Hope everyone is well. According to the previous preparations, on Friday 6th September 2024, we announced to organize a Global Meetup event in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh through our Steem For Bangladesh Community.. A WhatsApp group is formed with interested participants in the Global Meetup. Three renowned moderators of our community @shiftitamanna, @mdkamran99 and @enamul17 organized this midup. We are all very happy to have completed this Global Meter in a grand manner as per earlier plans. Today I will participate in this global meetup in Dhaka in Mirpur-02 and share our feelings with you, so let's start.

Today I woke up at 7 am, showered and got ready to attend the meetup. We who are going from Narayanganj for the meetup, our @mahadisalim & @shahid76 brothers request all to come to a place called Jurain. 9 more were waiting for us in Jurain to attend the meet up in Dhaka. Then I took my elder brother with me, At half past eight in the morning we reached a place called Jurain. Then we left for the meetup place by bus. I was very happy because everyone who attended the meetup was known to me but I had never met before. From time to time we give updates of meetings in WhatsApp groups. At 10.00 AM we reach the venue to attend the meetup. We arrived and waited for everyone to arrive.

[1] Presence of all at specified places and familiarity: We all chose this botanical garden as our meeting place. In the morning we all talk to each other in whatsapp group, 11 of us take bus to specific destination and reach Botanical Garden, Mirpur 02 Dhaka on time. We were 11 people in total and it was 10 am to reach the venue.

Then we all gathered inside the botanical garden at a certain time, we all entered through the main gate of the botanical garden by buying tickets. We then go to a place where everyone is introduced and wait for our team leaders. After a while all our members and three moderators came. We all had a passion then. After some time we all finished the introduction phase. Every member is very sincere in this meetup of ours. We all respect each other. The Steemit platform has created an opportunity to bring us all together.

[2] Steemit T-shirt distribution : Alhamdulillah After finishing our introduction phase, we all entered further inside the botanical garden. We kept looking for places to take nice pictures, finally we went to a place where our moderators distributed the t-shirts that we had brought with us to the users.

The main purpose of distributing Steemit t-shirts is to increase awareness of Steemit tokens to other people from the Steemit platform. Although 3 other users did not join us during distribution of t-shirts but later they joined and collected their t-shirts from our moderator. Then we started doing photo shoot wearing t-shirts.

[3] Photo session : After @mdkamran99 brother t-shirts were distributed to all our users, we all took several group photos with the meetup banners we had brought with us. Everyone takes pictures as they like. And apart from the banner, we take pictures with all the users and enjoy our special time. After taking pictures with our banners, we all left for a nearby pond.

[4] Discussion about Steem Token among themselves : We walked around the entire botanical garden and took pictures. Then we went to the edge of a pond and sat under a canopy and rested for a while. In our global meetup, we had several new users who wanted to know about Steem token and then our moderators @shiftitamanna & @mdkamran99 bro discussed how to mine Steem token and how to use this token. After the discussion, we all sit around and by the pond and shoot photos in different ways.

[5] Mid-day meal arrangement : At noon our team moderator @enamul17 along with two other members went to a restaurant inside the botanical garden and arranged lunch for our total of 22 people. When the food is arranged in the restaurant. As per our order they prepare our food by 2pm and then we get together and get ready for lunch and finish some photo session again and have lunch together. We all reached the restaurant and arranged the table ourselves and sat together to eat. We were all very sincere. We each paid the food bill. I ate lunch for an hour.

[6] Guiding users through video calls with Steem For Bangladesh community Admins : After having our lunch we all sat inside the restaurant and rested for a while. There is a pond with the restaurant and there are canopies for sitting. Then after leaving the restaurant we all went under the canopy and then while we were all talking together, our respected Steam for Bangladesh community admin @ripon0630 bhaiya our moderators @mdkamran99 bhaiya gave a video call via whatsapp we all talked to our admin together. . He gives some guidance to all the users and assures the users to be with them in any need. The presence of our community admin boosts the morale of all users. We are all very happy to have our respected admin @ripon0630 brother join us online. After that we all participated in the photo session of this episode.

[7] Discussion on Steem promotion for users by myself and two other moderators of our community : Our team leader @shiftitamanna apu is a famous SR she gives some talk to users about steam promotion and also encourage new users to work with this platform. Our Global Meetup was joined by some new members who were interested in working on the Steemit platform. Then our moderators @mdkamran99 bro gave some important speech on that topic. And we all listened to his speech attentively. I shoot some photos of them while they are speaking.

[8] Guiding users by our three moderators and hearing their success stories from famous users : Three more moderators of our Steem for Bangladesh community @shiftitamanna, @mdkamran99 and @enamul17 shared the details of coming so far on the steemit platform one by one, and exchanged encouragement and motivational words for the users to boost their morale to work on the steemit platform. Also, we encourage other users by hearing their success stories from some reputed users working on Steemit like @mahadisalim, @shahid76. They told all of us, we have to be patient on this steemit platform and express our talents here. Then InshAllah we can do something successful here.

[9] Organizing quizzes : Our Steam for Bangladesh" community moderator @enamul17 bhai organized a small quiz event for all our users, and he himself hosted the event. In this quiz event our Steam for Bangladesh community user @kuhinoor aunty win first place in the quiz competition. After the quiz competition Our three moderators distributed ice creams to all our users on their own initiative. Thanks to the team leaders for serving ice creams, as the weather was very hot today, we did a photo shoot to remember the day.

[10] Farewell episode : We organize a farewell party in the afternoon. We continued to take pictures separately and together. I took some pictures with the team leaders. The admins and moderators have helped us a lot in the Steam for Bangladesh community. We had a very nice meet-up. Then we exchanged greetings with each other for the last time and took goodbye pictures. After finishing the farewell episode, I left for everyone's home.

Thank you all so much for giving such a beautiful event. Everyone's cooperation and solidarity has made such a beautiful event possible. A dreamy day we spent today which will be remembered for life and will multiply our enthusiasm for work.

I would like to specially thank our meetup participant the one and only SR @shiftitamanna who organized such a great meetup. Because without his help this meetup could not have been done well. I express my sincere gratitude. And the way Ripon Bhai encouraged us even from afar, it felt like we had a real guardian. When we arrived, we said we would meet all our friends again. Inshallah.
