Yeah I thought that too at one point, many are using their voting percentages for steemcurator02 steemcurator01. I don't like it too much, because we should give percentages of upvotes to valuable content. But to attract attention there are many steemians who give their upvotes to steemcurator01 and steemcurator02's comments. I think it's definitely an attempt to get attention. Because I noticed that most of the users voted the moment before sc01 sc02's voting power was completed.
