Assalam o alaikum friends welcome to my post I am @sualeha from Pakistan.itsalways lovely for me whenever I see the theme regarding food may be I am food lover and enjoying cooking and baking every day that's why I like these types of topic in engagement challenge,well the theme of the second week is interesting about Review of the most special food you have eaten in your life Well so many meals and recipes are near to heart and I special place ony table ,for me like many Pakistani traditional foods like biryani, chicken karahi ,bar- b-q items like seekh Kabab ,creamy boti ,bihari Kabab and so on
Basically Pakistanis are meat lover ,so I decided to share here my all family members hot favorite food that,s Crispy fried chicken.well it's a review based theme so I am trying to write this post in review base style not only boring long list of details regarding recipe,share the tamping flaverd images of the food with adding my own reviews about the food so guys let's start my blog I hope you all are being with me till end ❤️.

My favourite and very special food,s name is Crispy Chicken fried 🍟 one of the most demanding meal of my family I cooked at home also but for exploring new flavors and unique recipes we checked out different food places infact my hubby wants new taste and different cousins from restaurants and hunting what would be the best in the town we searching new and delicious food not only traditional he also love to eat Chinese, continental as well .

Friends usually I made fried chicken at home because my all family members like to eat very much so I frequently cooked at home and it's kind of junk food so for health Point of view it's better from home made but sometime for the change we also chill out and enjoy the delicious crispy fried chicken from our favourite outlet .
As I said in starting I don't want to getting you bored to share a long recipe and along ingredient list in my block I just want to hear my delicious experience of the food with you.
***Short cut recipe of crispy chicken ***
1: By first you watch the chicken pieces and marinated it for 3 to 4 hours at least for marination at spices in which chicken powder ,salt, red chilli powder ,black chilli powder ginger garlic paste, vinegar and youhgart all incorporate the mixture well then put in refrigerator at least 3 to 4 hours for good marination.
2: That recipe fried chicken depends on the coating of the chicken that's why it's very important step of cooking when you tried the chicken before you applied the thick layer of all purpose flour bread crumbs and corn starch then dip in hot oil give colour on both side. Keep in mind you are flame is not too much I if it happened the chicken work fastly coloured and inner side is not cooked that's why frying it in low to medium flame.

Well the hunting of perfect crispy fried chicken one day we went on Kaybees restaurant the chicken experts ,my elder sister suggest us to try out I will surly love that place,s fried chicken so we reached and ordered with my family and nephew at the spot from my nearest brunch of restaurant.
We ordered the deal in which fried chicken and zinger burger 🍔 included,after we eat we extremely liked it,it were full of richness of traditional spices in modern cooking style ,the prices were not cheap but economical and the best thing is that family environment with good hygiene ,the service of that place were also impressive and it's perfect according to all aspects like the richness,crispness and balanced spices made it super demanding meal from my side .
I am share here the food spot by what 3words location with map if you lived in Karachi city Pakistan you definitely try there's crispy chicken and if your zinger burger lover also check out the ultimate creamy tender chicken with richness in economical rates.

Well this food is special for me because two main reasons the first one is the tempting delicious flavour of the dish and the second one is being a mother I love to cook and like all these recipes or dishes that my kids and my be like to eat that's why it's got special place in my menu and in my heart as well .

I am suggest you to all of my friend to eat it in chicken in daily menu because chicken is very healthy and good for all ages having good fats , protein and iron for really good for all ,it's balanced menu but due to oil content after eating that must walk for a while. You don't need to just go out and bought from market many good recipes in to follow and meet crispy delicious chicken at home and it's more healthy and economical as compared to reward from restaurant so made an enjoy and remember me your prays.

Crispy Chicken Fries is a very popular dish that is tempting and at the same time very tasty. Chicken fries are not that much known in our region but I had chicken fries from a restaurant for the first time when I came to the city for study. And its taste attracted me so much that later I used to go there regularly with our friends to eat chicken fries.
A mother prepares food for her children with different items every day so that her children can explore the taste of new food. And chicken fry is a favorite food of you as well as your children.
