How are you all my dear friends? I hope everyone is well and I am also well, Alhamdulillah. Today I have come to participate in a recipe contest organized by @enamul17 sir. at the Steem For Bangladesh Committee.Contest name Winter Snacks Recipe.A great contest this and here we can present our various winter recipes. Today I will present my favorite winter coconut puli pitha which is very delicious to eat and to eat it we must wait for the winter season because such pithas are very delicious to eat during winter.Although these types of pithas can be made at other times of the year, they are much more fun to eat during winter and are made in almost every household in Bangladesh. These types of pitha are specially made In the countryside during winter. Let's see how I make coconut puli pitha I am presenting all the details below.

The Process of receipe
🥥 Step- 1 🥥
∎ Then I chopped the date palm jaggery into small pieces like my amount
🥥 Step- 2 🥥
∎ Then I put a pan on the stove and there I put all the ground coconut.
🥥 Step- 3 🥥
∎ And here I will keep stirring well and mix everything well. Here, when the jaggery and coconut are combined, it will become soft and until the jaggery water and coconut water dry up and form a rough dough, the coconut should be stirred, otherwise there is a possibility of it sticking to the bottom.
🥥 Step- 4 🥥
∎ Then I will another pan, add enough water, add a spoonful of salt and I will wait for the water to heat up completely,
🥥 Step- 5 🥥
∎ After waiting for a while, knead the flour well and make a soft dough.

∎ Then, divide the loaves into small round pieces.
🥥 Step- 7 🥥
∎ Then I take the small parts and fold them in half to make a pitha as you can see in the picture.

∎ then I will give fry pan oven and there I will heat it with oil like a amount. Here I will make today's pithas I will fry it in shallow fry ,If anyone wants, you can fry it in underwater oil but I like to eat it shallow fry a lot more so that's what I will do today.

∎ All the pithas should be fried to good , have to fry it well in the medium heat for a while,

∎ Then take the pithas out on a plate and prepare them for serving.
