Is me @ability20 again am here to present my achievement 2 Task.

I want to thank everybody for their great support, well wishes and encouragement on my first post on #introduceyourself, the love and healthy comment I got from this noble platform was really massive.

I really appreciate you all for everything.
I feel so honored and happy to be this amazing community.
Today I want to carry my next task as a newcomer because I'm so eager to know more. My task today about " BASIC SECURITY ON STEEM.

@abiliry20 BASIC SECURITY ON STEEM, one may ask what is security?? In my humble opinion, security is the state of being free from danger or threat. In other words security means safety, as well as the measures are taken to be safe and protected from criminals.
But In STEEMIT definition, security means protecting one's account from compromising, hacked and losses which can lead to discontinuity.

After that, it is very important to take records of the number of keys that are generated from steem for one to be secured from steem blockchain.
In that case I have retrieved all my steemit password and saved them in email.

We have the public and private keys as it is stated on steem key Manuel.
The are five (5) levels of keys there are as follows

✅ Master key
✅ Private posting key
✅ Private active key
✅ private owner key
✅ Private memo key

I have read and comprehend the importance and restrictions of these keys

WHY SHOULD I BE CAREFUL WITH MY MASTER PASSWORD.?
Master password is used to drive all the keys to your account including the owner key. So it is a very important. Key.

QUESTION 1
HAVE YOU RETRIEVED ALL YOUR KEYS ON STEEMIT?
Ans: yes, I have retrieved all my keys.

QUESTION 2
DO YOU KNOW EACH OF THE KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS?
ANS: YES, I know.

QUESTION 3
HOW DO YOU PLAN TO KEEP YOUR MASTER PASSWORD?
ANS: I save it offline and I also wrote it down on my personal book.

QUESTION 4
DO YOU KNOW HOW TRANSFER YOUR STEEM TOKN TO ANOTHER USER ACCOUNT?

Yes, I will first login to my steemit wallet then I will now click on the drop down botton then I select transfer then it will take me to another section where I will now insert the username of the person then I now put the amount then click on Ok.

QUESTION 5
DO YOU KNOW HOW TO POWER UP YOUR STEEM?
ANS: YES I DO first I will login to my steemit wallet with my private active key then I click on the drop down botton then I chose power up after that I now add the amount of STEEM that I want to power up then click on next then it takes me to another section which I will now confirm if everything is correct then click on Ok.

CONCLUSION

I have started my steem journey I would love to learn and know more about STEEMIT.
