Achievement 2 task, basic security on steem by @avrich , mentored by @cryptokannon

It has been another experience going through the second achievement task as a newbie, everything sounded strange to me but i was grately helped by the informations and tutorials provided in the achievement 2 task by @kiwiscanfly and by that i will proceed to writting on the basic securities on steem as i have learnt;

Security is securing or guarding what we owe and seems precious to us from fraudsters or thieves, so in steemit its neccessary we secure or guard our wallets and accounts from scammers and fraudsters and this makes achievement 2 task one of most important task as everything we labour for tends to be in our wallet e.g our steem power and steem dollar,let me proceed to writting on those keys;

I was onboaded to steemit by @dlioness whom has helped me in getting my keys and has taught me how to use them before i was able to read through the achievement 2 task for more clarification,

I would want to talk about the keys and its uses in the different areas they are needed and that will take me to answering the questions listed by the mentor @cryptokannon ;

QUESTION 1 . Have you retrieved all your keys on steemit ?:

Yes , i have retrieved all my keys with the help of @dlioness immediately after my account was created

QUESTION 2 : Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?

Yes i do , there are different keys issued and each has different permissions or functions , i have studied their functions and restriction and they are :

• POSTING KEY : This Particular key
  is used for social networking actions, like posting, commenting and
  voting. This key has a limited set of
  permissions and it is not able to be used for monetary actions but must be kept safe.

Posting Key is permitted to do the
Following :

• Mute accounts
• Publish a post or comment
• Edit a post or comment
• Upvote or downvote
• Resteem content
• Follow people

• Active Key

This key has additional permissions for more sensitive monetary-related actions, like transferring and exchanging tokens.

Active Key is used to:

Place an order on an exchange
Certain profile changes
Transfer tokens
Power STEEM up or down
SBD conversion
Vote for witnesses

• Owner Key:

The owner key is required to change the other keys. This key has additional permissions to recover your account or change your other keys. It's the most important key and should be securely saved offline.

Reset Active, and Posting keys
Recover your account
Decline voting rights

• Memo Key

The Memo Key is only used to encrypt and decrypt private messages that are sent through the blockchain and its not commonly used .

QUESTION 3 : How i plan to keèp my master password:

I had to save it in my email where it can be retrieved even when my phone gets lost

Yes i do , this action can be done using the active key, and with the help of the tutorial held by @kiwiscanfly on understanding your steemit wallet i
have been grately helped ,

Do you know how to power up your STEEM?

Yes i do, i have gotten so much knowledge that steem is in a liquid form and can be powered up to continue building a steem power ; the lesson has really been helpful .
