Achievement 1! An Introduction to Steemit.

Hello my fellow Steemians!

I am Lushyanthan. I am 26 and I am from a tiny island in the middle of the Indian Ocean called Sri Lanka, also known as the pearl of the Indian Ocean. My home town is the capital city Colombo.

Although I was born here in #srilanka, I've been living in #Italy from 2013, with my parents. I occasionally visit here to spend some quality time with my friends and family. Due to the current COVID-19 lockdown situation, I've decided to stay here until things get better and safe for travelling.

I am a medical student studying in #China. I had a couple of months left for my graduation before I had to leave the university and the country for safety precautions as per family request. It's been almost an year now.

I have many hobbies and I am a hardcore gamer. I love playing computer games and competing with my friends. I also love playing cricket with my friends during the weekends. I have a never ending thirst for knowledge and I really work hard to know more about the things I don't.

From a very secluded and developing country like my motherland, my search for knowledge in undiscovered and unfamiliar territories of life lead me to the discovery of a whole new world of cryptocurrency, share market and along the way, Steemit too.

I hope to become a well renowned steemian myself in the days to come and achieve success in my quest for knowledge. I'd be blogging about all that I feel like worth sharing with the world and my fellow steemians as I believe sharing is caring and knowledge is power.

Finally as a human being, I believe my purpose is to empower others and to grow with them along the journey of life.
