Achievement 01: Introduce Myself

Hello Everyone!
After much procrastination, I've finally made it to Steemit for my debut post. I'm incredibly excited to introduce myself to the Steemit community and share my journey and creative projects with all of you.

INTRODUCTION:
My name is Miral Aftab, a 24-year-old Textile Designer and the youngest of four siblings. With encouragement from my sister, @kinzaghauri, I'm excited to embark on this journey and share my first entry here on Steemit.

CAREER AND EDUCATION:
As a Textile Designer, I graduated from the Textile Institute of Pakistan in Karachi. While my siblings pursued careers in the medical field, I decided early on that being a doctor wasn't for me. My childhood curiosity led me to experiment with DIY projects, which eventually steered me towards a career in Textile Design. One thing to note about me is my relentless curiosity to master every artistic skill. Whether it's painting, printing, knitting, or crocheting, I'm always eager to delve into the next craft. This passion has greatly enriched my journey in textile design.

**BUSINESS:** Additionally, I run my own online craft store where I've turned my passion into a small business. I specialize in creating unique handmade items such as bags and jewelry. Crafting these pieces brings me immense joy, and I feel fulfilled knowing that others appreciate and cherish my work.

INTERESTS AND HOBBIES:
Moreover, I have a passion for exploring new and adventurous destinations, with traveling being a major interest of mine. While I appreciate Karachi's beaches, my heart truly lies in the mountains, where I find peace and serenity. In addition to travel, sports hold a special place in my heart. During my school and college years, I garnered more medals in sports than in academics, actively participating in various activities such as races, badminton, table tennis, and netball.
