Not sure in which niche I will post, maybe my traveling's and some gaming for starters.

How you found Steemit and what you hope to accomplish here.

@ady-was-here presented me the platform and he's been pushing me to start posting for weeks. Until today I was a lurker, now I hope to learn and share with the people here.

A couple of years ago I've studied Telecommunication and Information Technologies at UPT Timisoara and currently I've been work as a Software Implementation Engineer for some years.

In my current "are of interests" and hobbies, I enjoy a good game or movie from time to time, I have interests in most of the technology topics and always like to read and learn new stuff.
...Also for gamers who play competitive games, a raging night on Counter Strike really brings joy, you'll probably some gameplay from me at one point.

A long session of gaming produces hunger, a good burger always does the job (one of my favorite foods).

I've heard of crypto many years ago, I was pretty young and still in high school when bitcoin was worth pennies, over the years as new technologies popped up and new coins were launched I started trading bit by bit in hopes of generating revenue, even now I have some bots running trading behind but I will showcase the whole story in a future post as it would have too many details for an introduction post.

As for the first post after this introduction, I am not sure if it needs to be about my traveling, maybe a gameplay with @ady-was-here I'll have to decide.

This was my introduction, if you have any other question/curiosity ask it in the comments below and I will happily answer.

Hey @wakeupkitty
Thank you for the warm welcome. Everyone is shy at first and also I am still trying to understand how this whole platform works.
Regarding your question, I think the confusion is caused because Transylvania was under the Austro-Hungarian Empire. As far as I know, Dracula was inspired by Vlad Tepes.

Good morning! The hardest thing I found and what I still find a bit odd is to just answer a stranger or join a talk others have but I do it and unlike in real world no one says: hey, why do you interrupt us?
The best thing is to find 3 posts/people of your interest and say something about why it attracted you - critics are not negative and tips are helpful if not to the author to someone else who stops by.
Plenty read but do not comment but it can be learned (in the offline world I hardly speak, here you have to if you want to be noticed.

Feel free to share what you like to share. Don't if it makes you uncomfortable. Private things, personal data, addresses and so on I find not a good idea. The same counts for photos taken of people without their approvement, children, you name it (not allowed in my country and within the EU).

A small tip: keep in mind that everything you do takes SP this includes redeeming your earnings as well. So check once per week {also good to see if you are not hacked).

A great time
@wakeupkitty

Thanks for the tips.
Yeah, starting something new is always hard for me that's why I kept delaying my introduction post but with time I hope it will be a lot easier.

And he doesn't reply either did you notice that? You better check on him. Can be he's ill or on vacation.
Are you from the same country?

@wakeupkitty

Yeah I can see that, I need to show him around and help him prepare his next post.

Yes we are from the same country.
