Introducing myself - Achievement 1

My name is Neha Khan and I'm 20 years old. I live in karachi, Pakistan and this is my first time on steemit, well obviously. I have got so many interests and hobbies which vary according to my moods but one thing that tops the list is reading. I love reading books and also, collecting them. It really helps in developing our brain. It also teaches us to perceive life in much better ways also, when you read you learn many new words which is like a gift!

My second favorite thing is music. I like listening to music very much. There are so many genres of music like hip-hop, metal, rock, jazz and R&B is my favorite. The one main reason why i like music is, it can immediately uplift your mood if you're ever feeling down or it can simply add more spice to your happiness.

Since i bake in my spare time too, i will add this to my hobby list too! i like to bake when i have nothing to do. On top of that my friends love my baking skills. It is a way of relaxing for me so i really enjoy it.

If i was given a chance to choose one favorite hobby out of all, i would definitely pick gardening. It is a quite refreshing and a very practical activity as well and it doesn't just bound you to your bed or your favorite couch.
The smell of flowers and plants is just so refreshing, especially in the morning and that is why I'm very fond of gardening.
This platform is pretty interesting. I realized that i can increase my knowledge way better and learn so many new things. I hope I'll have a great time with all the steemians here.
As a new member, I'll try my very best and give my fullest to this platform in making it an amazing place.
