Applying markdowns to a text can be seen as a lightweight markup language that you can use to add formatting elements to plaintext documents.
To Make The Heading Of A Text Bold
Simply click on this key"#" from your keyboard
Then apply the shift button
Write the word or phrase you want to bold.
Example
WITHOUT MARKDOWN:
he went to the market
WITH MARKDOWN

he went to the market

HOW TO ITALIZE A TEXT:
In this case, your sentence should start with one asterisk , then at the end of the sentence, you close it with one asterisk .
EXAMPLE
WITHOUT MARKDOWN
He went to the market
WITH MARKDOWN
He went to the market

FOR TABLES
Tables can also be created in a post and it does not need to be copied and pasted from any other place.
It can be done through the following way:

This can be achieved through this way:
You will add 3 dash (---) symbol or 3 (===) symbol under your text. The one with 3 equal signs will be the first heading while the one with 3 dash symbol will be the second heading, for example:

When markdown is not applied

Market............. Heading 1
Market............. Heading 2

when markdown is applied the result is this:

Market ........... Heading 1

Market ........... Heading 2
