Why the master password is used?

What are my different for keys
1.posting key: the posting keys allows Can be given account to post comment vote .It must be protected all the time.

2.owner key:All the owner's information is kept secret by the most powerful key of this key

3.active key:This key is used for sensitive tasks such as transferring funds, power up / down transactions, converting steam dollars, voting for witnesses, this key is used.

4.memo key:All the information of withdrawal is kept in this key.

How to transfer your steem

First you have to go to click the wallet option and login

Then next step go to steem power

And then more step transfer

And last step convert to steep power
