How are you doing friends? Hope all is moving fine?. I'm here to write on my Achievement 2 post on basic steemit security. Below are my answers to some of the important questions.
Have You Retrieved All Your Keys On Steemit?
Yes, I got all of them when I was newly registered to steemit. When I opened the pdf, I saw things like; private posting keys, private active keys,memo keys e.t.c.I got the keys immediately I opened the file that was saved in my chrome downloaded files.
Do You Know Each Of The key Functions And Restrictions?
I have learnt about it's functions one after the other. I have studied it just like books. So in order to prove myself right, here are the meanings and basic functions of each Keys.
Posting key:
The posting keys enables an account holder in steemit to post well organized and written articles,comments, performing editing functions,resteeming,downvoting and upvoting. It enables an account holder to follow other accounts. Posting keys is used for daily login into your steemit account. So it's always used by active members.
Active key:
This is another vital keys used for transferring money and money worth tokens and other coin transactions. It is also used for powering down or powering up. Additionally, it's also used to convert steem dollars to steem and also steems to steem dollars.
Master key:
As the name implies,master keys is a very tough and tight security keys. It's not often used. It's used when it's most necessarily needed. Most importantly,master keys is used to change other keys.
Memo key:
This key the memo keys is used for decrypting and encrypting labels when transferring cash for instance when encrypting a memo the usage of the kilos sign($).
How Do You your Plan To kee Your Master Password Safe?
Master keys is the most essential keys in steemit blockchain. It's used to change other keys so I will save mine in google account and if possible in my flash drives for easy retrieval. I will also save it in my school filing cabinet in a written form,where it won't be disclosed to an outside.
Do You Know How To Transfer Your Steemit Tokens To Another Steemit User Account?
Yes,it took me some time to learn it very well but I'm grateful that today I have learnt it. For one to be able to transfer any token in steemit. One must use the following steps:
1.Click on Wallet dashboard and login.

2.Click on the icon that appears like a triangle∆ on the SBD.

3.Click on transfer.

4.Choose the account to send to.

1. on the memo, input the memo address of the person to transfer to.
   6.Click on confirm then click ok.
   Do You Know How To Power Up Your Steem?
   In steemit, steem is powerful token that helps in voting, commenting, as well exchanging as treadable tokens to make physical cash. But steem can't be used to vote directly unless when powered up. So this is how to power your steem up in order to a have a more voting authority because I have learnt that as your steem power increases so is your influence in Steemit blockchain increasing.Hence it's called powering up since one coverts his/her steem to steem power.
   Follow this process to power up;
2. Click on the traingular icon while being logged in, in your wallet.
   
3. Option would pop out and you click on the power up option and input amount to power up.
   
4. Click power up after filling the spaces and press ok.
   
   Conclusion
