Mushroom in the Norwegian forests

Walking through the woods in the vicinity of Otta I found a lot of mushrooms and berries (blueberries). But for some reason no one collects them. In our country, we love to eat mushrooms that can be found in the forest, especially if they are fried with potatoes.
