You reminded me I haven't had a breakfast like yours in ages! My son used to enjoy having his bacon one of the weekend days, and I'd make pancakes randomly throughout the month. Even Sasha (my former cocker) went wild over the pancakes!🥞🍳🥓

How are you handling daylight savings time?
