That's an ambitious target, but you can do it. I did over 1000km last year and hope to do more in 2020, but it is unlikely to be 2000km+. I've just been hit by a bug that has interrupted by running. I am off work so far this week and feeling miserable :( I hope the fitness I have built up helps me recover quickly.

Thanks man! I've never ran close to this distance in a year before, probably not even half that amount so going to have to monitor the body. The combination of run and hike seems to be good as running throughout the week is POUNDING!

Sorry to hear about your illness, I am still shaking off the one that held me back along with a potential new one so it's challenge squared right now haha!

You will recover quicker with being fit for sure, wish you a speedy one!
