Some considerations on the influence of technological advances on society
Dear readers, nowadays technology has become a fundamental and indispensable tool for people because it facilitates free communication, provides information about health and also helps people in risky situations, among others.
According to Quintanilla (1989), technology is the systematic application of scientific knowledge and other practical and organized knowledge. From the 1980s to the present day, it can be said that multiple advances have been developed with the creation of new applications with the purpose of providing people with tools that bring great benefits in everyday life.
It is necessary to mention that technology and the different advances it has had facilitates communication with family and friends who are in other places, have also created applications through devices that can somehow know how to identify the cardiac health of a person since, through the APPLE WATCH for example can identify the cardiac condition in which it is. Also another of its advances is that it helps people in situations of risk since, applications have been created to avoid scams or something that can harm the situation of a person.
On the other hand, despite the many benefits that technology offers, there are disadvantages that in some way could affect people, since the excessive use of electronic equipment such as cell phones, video games, computers, among others, can cause social isolation, i.e., not interacting with friends and family by creating a dependence on electronic equipment.
Therefore, dear reader, it is necessary to clarify that the management of new technological tools must be balanced, technology must become our best ally, not the opposite, since we often become slaves of the superficial. This is a good information. Sincerely speaking, technology an human life-daily activities cannot be separated; society also has all-round, today, we use technology in business, traveling, education, and communication, an it has made life comfortable.
However, the poor use of technology has caused serious threat to human lives and society.
The biggest challenge before us is, to determine the type of future we need, and create the suitable technology which will simplify the way we do things.

hopefully this great reflection can spread around the world, we need to be in balance with technological world and the environment, we will never enjoy the natural beauty if we are slaves of the artificial.I feel with the rate we are advancing, we might end the world with advancement we so seek. I feel this pandemic was an experimental that got out of hand, I'm not sure, but I feel that's what caused it. And if we don't take our time, something worst might happen because of our desire to advance.

I think we are in tune, technology has marked a before and after in each and every one of the things we do not only at work but even in everyday life, however it is necessary to think about the balance, because we have crossed a very dangerous line where we do not really know if we use technology or it uses us?
