So i don't see a picture where Centralised System and Decentralised System work together.

why not? full centralization sucks. however full decentralization has so many problems too. I think the only solid solution is to take best of both.

Decentralized voting and decentralized decision making sounds like crap ;) I prefer one CEO and his team to move things forward.
