Insecurities are sometimes marked by events that go beyond people's awareness and are the product of a lack of self-esteem due to psychological factors in the past. On the other hand the human has always been reluctant to change, to leave his comfort zone and initiate unaccustomed actions. That is why it is said that we are animals of habit.

The reality is that many limitations we may have come from moments in the past that we don't even remember, and they limit us.
And the comfort zone is a big limitation, that's why I think that crises are very good to activate that mode of survival that makes us more daring.
