Finding the causes of rising cases of heart attack and cardiac arrest

Hi everyone!

Recently, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, AstraZeneca, made headlines for an alarming reason. It admitted in a UK court that its COVID vaccine may lead to rare blood clotting in those who received the vaccine. Initially hailed as the "vaccine for the world" in 2020 due to its affordability and storage capacity compared to other vaccines, the company later withdrew the vaccines from the market after acknowledging this fact in the court.

Let us examine the outcome of this event. First of all, it's important to differentiate between a heart attack and cardiac arrest. A heart attack occurs when an artery (blood vessel) supplying blood to the heart tissue becomes blocked, resulting in a lack of oxygen supply, heart cell death, and symptoms like chest pain. However, the heart usually continues beating. On the other hand, cardiac arrest means the heart stops beating altogether.

Vaccines have come under scrutiny as a potential cause of the rising cases of cardiac arrests and heart attacks, particularly among young people, since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. It's alarming to see fit and active youths experiencing such tragic events, which was relatively uncommon in the past. There's a noticeable increase in cases of heart attacks and cardiac arrests following the COVID outbreak and vaccination drive. While it's not conclusively proven that vaccines directly cause these incidents, AstraZeneca's admission of vaccine-related blood clotting suggests a possible link. However, it's essential to recognize that vaccines alone may not be solely responsible for these occurrences; other factors could be involved as well. Let us examine them:

Vaccine: Vaccines are made using weakened forms of the virus they protect against. As a result, individuals who have been infected with the COVID virus, whether or not they've received the vaccine, may experience similar symptoms. Covid virus definitely weakens heart. I can say this because of my own experience.

Exposure to chemicals: Modern food products often contain artificial sweeteners, colors, preservatives, and other additives, which can have harmful effects on our bodies. These chemicals have been linked to cell and blood vessel weakening. Even nano-plastic granules have been find in our blood by the researchers.

Use of steroids and protein supplements: While often used for muscle growth and athletic performance, steroids and protein supplements can have adverse effects on heart health when used improperly or excessively.

Anxiety and stress: In today's world, many people, especially young adults, are facing high levels of stress due to unemployment and job insecurity. The pressure of finding and maintaining employment can take a toll on mental and physical well-being, potentially contributing to heart problems.

Lifestyle: Modern lifestyles often involve the consumption of alcohol, cigarettes, and other substances as coping mechanisms for stress or to fit in socially. These habits can negatively impact heart health over time.

Urban lifestyle: Urban living, particularly in densely populated areas, often limits access to outdoor spaces for physical activity and relaxation. The lack of green spaces and recreational areas can lead to a sedentary lifestyle, which is detrimental to health of heart.

While the link between COVID-19 vaccines and cardiac events remains under scrutiny, it's clear that a multitude of factors contribute to heart health. Further research is needed to better understand the role of vaccines in cardiac complications and to address the broader societal factors impacting heart health. Excessive intake of sugar, salt and oily food along with hereditary causes can lead to heart related diseases in youger age. In today's fast-paced world, heart health is influenced by a variety of factors ranging from lifestyle choices to environmental factors. By recognizing these influences and making informed decisions, individuals can take proactive steps to prioritize their heart health and overall well-being.

It is not possible to mention all the reasons here in details due to time constraint. That's why I wrote in a brief. So, please be careful and take care of your heart.

Stay healthy and blessed!
