By 2025, will AI be the protagonist?

Hello friends of project HOPE, Today I want to share with you a reflection that I find very interesting, because it leads us to think about how technological advances are shaping our lives, and even more so, how they will do so in the near future. 2025. Each year has its particularities, but for next year, I have the impression that Artificial Intelligence will be the main protagonist.

We are seeing AI getting into everything: from writing a text to diagnosing complex diseases. And if one thing is clear, it is that technology does not stop, it advances like an avalanche, and although it makes many things easier for us, it also makes us question some others. For example, to what extent will we depend on these tools? What will happen to traditional jobs? These are questions that are there, floating in the air, and that will surely give us something to talk about in the coming months.

But the most curious thing is that this revolution does not feel the same in all corners of the world. In some countries, AI is already being used for things that seem like something out of a movie: from personal assistants that predict your needs to security systems that analyze suspicious behavior. Meanwhile, elsewhere, we are still trying to integrate more basic technologies.

I think about how on this side of the world we sometimes look at these advances with a certain distance, as if they were not going to affect us directly, but the truth is that they are already doing so, even if indirectly. And 2025 could be the year in which this is felt most strongly.

Can you imagine what it would be like if in a few years an AI could make complex decisions on behalf of a government or completely run a company? Maybe it sounds crazy, but not so much if we think about the speed with which these things are advancing.

In the end, I think the key will be how we adapt. Because, while technology can be a great ally, it can also be a challenge if we do not know how to use it wisely. So, will AI be the protagonist of 2025? I think so, and I am sure that it will be a topic that will continue to surprise us. Greetings and be well.
