COVID-19 has called for the need to protect the U.S citizens anyway possible, even if it's against the norms.

Right now, big tech companies are assisting the U.S government to censor toxic information about coronavirus.

But this was why China blue-pencilled their network right from the beginning.

The United States just became China because of COVID-19.

So, in the debate over freedom versus control of the internet, China seems to be largely correct, and the U.S. was wrong.

People endure this surveillance in light of the fact that COVID-19 called for it, but expect it to stop after the virus is over.

Will the surveillance stop after COVID is over? Maybe it will. Maybe it won't. The internet needs to be improved. The vulnerabilities are too much.

Vitalik Buterin encouraged people to wake up from their sleep with his tweet showing it is important to get something done before it is too late.

He believes the internet should be decentralized once more.
