A recent attack killed 16 people and wounded over 50, highlighting the severe humanitarian crisis, as nearly 2,000 internally displaced people were housed in the targeted school.

Since the war began, over half of UNRWA's facilities in Gaza have been hit, resulting in the deaths of 194 agency workers and exacerbating the plight of civilians seeking refuge.
