Where the horizon meets the harvest: beauty on the hilltop farm 🌄

Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.

My cousin had arrived at my place yesterday, and he slept in my room and I had to be very careful in the morning as I got up and I didn’t want to disturb him anyways. He being younger than me usually gets up late in the morning and devotes most of his time to studies and more often goes to bed very late in the night. He’s preparing for bachelors of medicine and is more focused and determined towards his studies and so is our support for him.I had put curtains on for all the windows and it didn’t let the morning rays peep in. As I got up, I started my day with the usual practice of praying, and then I went out for a walk. Today’s walk was a special one because of the dip in temperature from quite a few days only because of the drizzle that we received.I was quite enthusiastic for today’s walk because such weather was the most awaited during this summer season and I couldn’t afford to lose this opportunity of enjoying out in the nature. The breeze blowing out towards the orchard could resurrect a dead, and it was such an amazing feeling to be reconnecting with the nature with green leaves humming a melody.Being a villager helps me to realise the true value of nature, and I always feel blessed to be born in such a serene village where one could find innumerable ways of reconnecting with nature and rejuvenating oneself .

It was a holiday today, and I accompanied my father to one of our orchards which is located at a distance of about 10 km from our place towards the West. For today we had to store some water for spraying pesticides as the pests have started attacking our crop and we are left with no other measure to stop the destruction of crop. As it was already late, we needed to make necessary arrangements for spraying the pestcides ourselves, which otherwise used to be a job of a few experts.

After finishing the job, I got an opportunity to spend some time out in the area and it was quite pleasing to see various corners of the village. At one point, I got a view of the surrounding areas and it was really incredible. The area is mostly covered, by agricultural lands and it’s only we who have planted apple trees in our farm. The huge walnut trees make the place more beautiful.

Unfortunately, for us, the erratic weather conditions came up with a little drizzle which was enough for the chemicals to be washed off the leaves. It was more like a heartbreak for us, as we had been searching for an opportunity to spray the Pesticides, and as we got one, the nature had different plans.

Later, we returned home to resume our normal daily life. It wasn’t a good news to break at home and the orchard being one of our major income generating asset can hardly be seen by any of our family members getting affected by pests.

Anyways, we enjoyed our dinner together and as all went to sleep ai took to social media for a while and went to sleep only after I was done with scrolling the reels.
This is how I spent Saturday, that is 22nd of June 2024.

It was all about my day.Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
