Ultimately, conflict is a natural part of human interaction. It’s not inherently good or bad, but how it’s managed and resolved, like you have indicated, can determine the outcome and the impact it can have on both parties.
I do believe that healthy conflict management can lead to positive outcomes, while unresolved conflict can be detrimental.
