I will cut the packet of radhuni and pour the whole packet of spices into the meat.I saw that the sour curd had burst. I actually took it out of the fridge and put it on a bowl of water. Then I saw that the sour curd had burst, so there is nothing to do.

After adding the sour curd I added some cardamom cinnamon bay leaf salt because everything that is included in the packet of radhuni is actually very less than what I think so I added some more extras after adding it well by hand. I will leave the girl for an hour at rest.

I wash the Polao rice well and put it in a basket to drain then I will put it in the pan, when it is hot, then I will add oil.

Then after the oil is hot, I will fry the potatoes with a little salt and the turmeric in the oil, because if it is fried a little, it will look good and it will be good to eat.When the potato is fried, take it out of the pot and add onion in it. Fry the onion well.

In between I open the lid once and shake it a little, otherwise it will stick to the crust, then when I open the lid again, I see that the oil has come out and the broth has reduced.The meat is well seasoned and the oil on top is what I was waiting for.

Then I will add hot water to the meat, if I add hot water, the meat will be cooked quickly. Almost my meat is almost half cooked, then I will add hot water, then cover with a lid and after 5-10 minutes, open the lid and add the potatoes in between, stirring the potatoes. I will cover again.

I will set a pan under my biryani pot and once it is hot, I will reduce the heat of the stove a little and add a little bit of rice to that heat so that the rice that is left will also boil.Cover well again and I will wait till the rice boils.

Then open the lid and give it a little stir and it will boil a little so I sprinkle some green chillies on top sprinkle the green chillies and keep it covered for a while and Cover again for 10 minutes and open the lid after 10 minutes after 10 minutes see my biryani complete.

This is my biryani complete I have also garnished it with beresta and garnished it with lemon and now it is ready to eat.

I sat down ready for food and took salat with cucumber, green chillies and onions.Actually the biryani we eat outside has a different test and home made biryani has a different test.In fact one cannot find a person who does not like biryani, almost everyone likes to eat biryani.I also like to eat Biryani.
