According to your understanding, what is conflict and what is its outcome?

In my point of view conflict is very very bad one for everyone in this world. We can have Competition with others but we should not have conflict with anyone. It will lead us in different way. So that we have to be aware and also be polite with all. In this world we can see conflict at every place for example at working place, traveling, playing, competition, etc..

Can we end the conflict completely or not? Please explain a little.

In this today's world we cannot have a end for this conflict because everyone will be never polite with all and also there is a limit for polite if the limit is excit then we cannot control over angry and ego. We can also see some people in our family members or in our own relative will be talking with us very good but they will have conflict with us for something like property, jewels, etc... also in corporate companies we all know that each and every company will have conflict with atleast any one of the other corporate company.

What can be done to prevent conflict between a team or two individuals?

It was a good question for us? Because from this we can get more amount of ideas to reduce the conflict in this world but we can't destroy 100 percentage of conflict. For this my opinion is to take a talk at the time itself and complete that topic with them or to the individual person. We should not continue it for days or months. Only talking not arguing with the opponent. If it is our fault then we have to accept it and move on. Also in this world the word which is coming from our mouth is more powerful than all the weapon. It is definitely reduce the conflict in this world.

I don't know that in this world that how much peoples are known the history of silapathikaram. There was a important one example for the power of word which is a king gave a order to caught and come a person but the solider had killed that person. Because of misunderstanding about the pronoun sation.
